Bisle Ghat is situated in Western Ghats and borders Hassan disctrict in Karnataka. A beautiful mountain range and forest reserve , this place is nestled between Kukke Subrahmanya and Sakleshpura. Forest department has built a view point in forest range and offers splendid view of three mountain ranges – Yenikallu Betta (1112 m) , Doddabetta (1119 m) and Pushpagiri (1712 m) and Kumaraparvatha (1319 m).

Visiting Bisle Ghat makes a great thrilling experience. This can be a perfect weekend escape from busy and noisy city life. Beautiful stretch of reserve forest and sprawling mountains of western ghat takes you nearer to unspoiled nature. During monsoon season you can view many small waterfalls and  you can also spot wildlife like  monkeys , peacocks, langurs, deer and snakes

Summer days can be hot in Bisle village and nearby area. Maximum temperature can go upto 35 C and minimum temperature remains around 18 – 20 C . Winters bring best of Bisle ghat and one can enjoy a pleasant temperature of 15 C to 28 C. During monsoon expect heavy rainfalls so be prepared for that with raincoats and umbrellas.

Bisle ghat can be visiting any time of the year. To enjoy the best of this western ghat trek one should go just after monsoon during August to November.
